Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get to the Cape?
The Cape Cod Gateway Airport (HYA) in Hyannis is the closest airport, nearby to most hotels and an 18 min drive from the wedding venue. Logan International Airport (BOS) has many more flight options, and is a 1½ to 2 hr drive from Osterville.
Bus service is available from Boston to Hyannis and Barnstable, as is the Cape Flyer passenger train service (2½ hrs to Hyannis).
If you are coming from New York City, there are daily flights direct to HYA from both LGA and JFK. There is also Amtrak service to Providence, RI (PVI) which will need to be supplemented by Uber or bus service to Osterville/Hyannis.
What is the dress code?
Dress code is listed in each event description. Alex is debating whether a mood board would be helpful or annoying for all guest concerns and questions. Please note that there will be events on the grass, and stiletto covers will be provided for those who wish to use them. There will also be late night wraps available for those who, like the bride, sometimes think that their constitution is stronger than it actually is.
How do I get to the wedding itself?
We will have a bus service to and from the wedding reception for all guests staying at the suggested hotels. Please let us know if you book accommodations at another hotel, or at a private residence, and we will endeavor to accommodate your location on the route.
Do you have a registry?
We are so excited that you can come and celebrate with us! We know that almost all of you are traveling to be with us (from Texas, Italy, and Australia to name a few), and that everyone juggles multiple weddings and events each summer. Truly, your presence is the best present. If the idea of showing up to a wedding with nothing but good wishes and dancing shoes offends you, our registry can be found here.
